Kevin Shivers is Co-President of Music at The•Team, where he serves as a member of the company’s leadership team and a leader of its Hip-Hop/R&B division. His roster includes an array of top artists, including Tyler, the Creator, Wiz Khalifa, Kali Uchis, Lil Baby, Kid Cudi, Solange, Raphael Saadiq, and many others. Shivers was previously a Senior Partner in WME’s music division, where he was also co-director of the agency’s Hip-Hop/R&B team. A longtime advocate for diverse representation in the entertainment industry, Shivers has been the recipient of numerous industry awards and accolades, including Billboard‘s 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players Choice Award, Billboard’s 2025 Power 100, and Pollstar‘s Impact 50. Shivers is a graduate of the University of Texas and serves on the board of City of Hope. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
