Originally from Tampa, Florida, Charles is a veteran of three combat deployments and retired honorably from the U.S. Army Infantry in 2014. Charles has a wealth of experience leading teams in complex and challenging environments and his diverse background in operations and security made him a natural candidate for Leadership at Allied Universal Event Services. Since joining AUES in 2015 and as a direct result of his client focused, results oriented leadership style, Charles has climbed the ranks of leadership including; Spokane Public Facilities District Security Director, Spokane, WA; Lumen Field and Event Center Account Manager, Seattle, WA; Birmingham, Alabama Branch Manager; Washington State General Manager; and Northwest Region, Senior Regional Director. In October of 2025, in recognition of his outstanding work leading Allied Universal Event Services’ Northwest Region, Charles was promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing all AUES operations in the western United States.
