Dylan Siegler is SVP, head of sustainability at Universal Music Group, where she leads strategy to integrate environmental sustainability into the world’s most iconic and influential music brands. She has spent nearly two decades advancing positive environmental and social impact in organizations across sectors, from buildings to policy, energy, tech, telecom and media.  Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Trellis Group (formerly GreenBiz Group), leading content strategy and programming to support sustainability practitioners in business. She built, chaired and hosted the GreenBiz flagship event each February. She joined from Verizon, where she introduced climate justice into company strategy and worked to address the rural digital divide. Prior to Verizon, Siegler was an in-house sustainability advisor at Fortune 500 power company NRG.  A former music journalist, she holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master of Science, Sustainable Design from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, Phil, and two cats, Stuart and Suki.
