Jason Cabello is the Executive Director of Elsewhere, a behavioral health program designed specifically for touring professionals and powered by Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health. Raised in the music industry, Cabello has worked across multiple sides of it, including artist management and tour documentation, giving him a firsthand understanding of the pressures faced by artists and crew on the road. Now with nine years in the behavioral health and treatment field, Cabello focuses on bridging the gap between the live music industry and meaningful mental health support. After overcoming a 20-year heroin addiction, he has dedicated his career to helping touring professionals navigate recovery, mental health challenges, and the realities of life on the road. Through his work with Elsewhere, Cabello works daily with teams and individuals navigating recovery and mental health paths, helping them find sustainable ways to stay healthy while continuing their careers in high-pressure touring environments.
