Jeremy Young serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at RockForce and leads all efforts related to commercial growth, client relations, and strategic partnerships across the workforce, production, and payroll services. Jeremy began his career in Live Entertainment almost 3 decades ago with SFX/Clear Channel Entertainment as the Marketing Director for Riverbend Music Center, Taft Theatre, and Bogarts in Cincinnati, OH.  Having a passion early on for a deep understanding of the entire Live Entertainment ecosystem, Jeremy switched gears to the Artist side, and spent a number of years on the road Tour Managing acts such as Maroon5, Gavin DeGraw, All American Rejects, and others. Coming off the road in 2008, Jeremy naturally transitioned into Artist Management and managed Gavin DeGraw's career for nearly the next decade through Vector Management/Live Nation. In 2017, Jeremy was presented with opportunity to join CAPS Payroll/Cast & Crew Live Entertainment which allowed him to get back closer to his roots and focus solely on touring, festival, and venue and production crew payroll, until he joined RockForce in 2024.
