Laura Chiplin is Major Stadium Events & UEFA EURO 2028 Director at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, where she leads the commercial strategy and delivery of the stadium’s nonfootball major events programme. Her role is focused on maximising the performance of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as a global entertainment venue, delivering up to 30 large-scale events per year that generate significant revenue reinvested into the Club’s football operations. Since joining the Club in 2018, Laura has played a key role in shaping the stadium’s evolution beyond matchdays. She coordinated the successful bid for the stadium to be selected as a host venue for UEFA EURO 2028 and previously led the development of a portfolio of visitor attractions, including Stadium Tours, The Dare Skywalk, and F1 DRIVE – London, the world’s first in-stadium electric karting experience created in partnership with Formula 1®. Laura has overseen the delivery of landmark global events spanning elite sport and live music, including headline boxing, international rugby, and major concerts by Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, and Beyoncé. Prior to Tottenham Hotspur, Laura held senior roles at the V&A Museum and the Barbican.
