As Senior Vice President of Global Touring at Live Nation, Lesley Olenik books worldwide tours for many of today’s biggest artists while also helping develop the next generation of global talent. In 2024, she secured several of the year’s most in-demand tours, including Billie Eilish’s HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR, Gracie Abrams’ The Secret of Us Tour, Charli XCX BRAT Tour, Charli XCX and Troye Sivan’s SWEAT Tour, Rex Orange County’s FINALLY: A Theatre Tour, and ODESZA’s The Last Goodbye Tour. In 2025, she continued to drive major global touring campaigns including FINNEAS’ For Cryin’ Out Loud World Tour, Role Model’s No Place Like Tour, Reneé Rapp’s Bite Me Tour, Jessie Murph’s Worldwide Hysteria Tour, and Midnight Generation’s Tender Love World Tour. That same year, she partnered with Lizzo on a strategic return to the stage through a series of intimate, sold-out underplay shows. Billie Eilish’s largest tour to date also continued through 2025, with performances across Europe, the UK, Australia, and Japan before concluding with a second North America run. In 2026, Olenik continues to lead high-profile global tours including Rosalía’s LUX Tour, Joji’s SOLARIS Tour, JADE’s THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY! THE TOUR across North America and Europe, CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso’s FREE SPIRITS WORLD TOUR and Florence + The Machine’s Everybody Scream and Demi Lovato’s It’s Not That Deep North America Tours.  A passionate advocate for artists and greater inclusivity in the music industry, Olenik has helped guide acts from club-level beginnings to arenas and stadiums around the world. Beyond the stage, she supports artists through cause-driven initiatives, including working with Billie Eilish to establish the global “Changemaker Ticket,” which directed proceeds to local organizations fighting food insecurity and the climate crisis. Olenik also serves on the board of Support + Feed, the nonprofit founded by Billie Eilish’s mother, Maggie Baird, which provides plant-based meals to communities in need while addressing food insecurity and climate impact. Olenik frequently travels the world supporting her artists, often alongside her family—Beatriz (11), Jasper (8), and Ramona (3). Through these experiences, she has come to appreciate the importance of having family on the road. Now, she is helping pave the way for future female leaders through Live Nation’s “Roadie Babies” program, which empowers touring parents to bring their children on the road.
