Matthew Kittle
Matthew Kittle is the Chief Executive Officer of Aramco Stadium, where he is leading the development of a next-generation sports and entertainment venue designed to set new standards for innovation, sustainability, and fan experience. The 47,000-seat, fully air-conditioned, mixed-use project sits on an 800,000 sqm campus and will be among the first fully integrated sports and entertainment destinations in the region.
Set to open in fall 2026 and play host to the AFC Asian Cup in 2027, Aramco Stadium is a central part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, bringing together sport, entertainment, community, and commercial development at global scale, and will be the first FIFA World Cup 2034 stadium to open.
Over more than two decades, Kittle has built a track record of delivering complex projects and helping organizations grow across sports, entertainment, media, and real estate. He is known for developing practical strategies, building strong teams, and executing large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery.
Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, and Hollywood Park, where he contributed to the development and positioning of one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment destinations.
