Rich Schaefer is the President of Global Touring at AEG Presents.  Based in New York, Rich oversees a team based in NY, LA, Nashville and London that promotes and produces tours all over the world.   Prior to joining AEG Presents in 2018, Rich was the co-founder of LoyalT Management, a management company that looked after Animal Collective, Brian Fallon, The Gaslight Anthem, Chromeo, Lord Huron, Sigrid, Aurora, Wet and several other acts. Schaefer has also worked with Soundgarden since they reunited in 2010 and had overseen all of their touring until 2017.  Prior to LoyalT, Schaefer was a partner at Mick Management and the President of The Artists Organization where he worked with such clients as John Legend, Lenny Kravitz, Counting Crows and more. Prior to joining TAO, Rich was a Manager from 2001 to 2008 at Hoffman Entertainment a NY-based management company for John Mellencamp, Jessica Simpson and Ricky Martin.
